10 foods that are good for your teeth

We have all heard the secret to healthy teeth: brush routinely, flosses regularly, and limit sugar intake. Nevertheless, the food you consume can also play a role in keeping your mouth healthy, and while no meal can ever replace brushing, some are surprisingly good for your teeth.
